The owner moved into this 58,000 square foot facility seven months after the January ground breaking, despite water, rock and unsuitable backfill materials. Except for the basic architectural and structural design, the construction was design-build. The building was steel frame with steel joists and decking. The exterior included split face masonry, steel panels, and two-story aluminum store front.
