Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community

Located in New Oxford, this project  included 17,465 square feet of renovations to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the Assisted Living at Cross Keys Village.  The new interior design renovations included new flooring, painting, ceilings, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, custom cabinetry & trims, and restoration of existing resident wood doors.  Several areas also received new floor plan layouts to accommodate the current resident needs.  They included the corridors, lobby, reception area, offices, living rooms, dining rooms, social rooms, tub/spa rooms and restrooms.  Exterior work included construction of a new enclosed courtyard with brick wall piers, decorative fencing and sidewalks.  All areas remained occupied by the residents and staff during multiple phases.
