Sustainable Construction
We’re committed to preserving the environment! We offer LEED certified ‘green’ sustainable construction as an alternative method to regular construction practices.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Envrionmental Design) is a certification given to buildings that take steps toward conserving and recycling water, energy and material in an effort to reduce their carbon footprints.
LEED credits are also awarded for projects involving demolition for the reuse of materials normally sent to the landfill.
Many sustainable buildings utilize low flush toilets, rainwater recycling, low voltage lighting, light tubes and computer controlled electric use.
