  • Modern Landfill - New Transcyclery Building

    • York, PA

  • This building’s purpose is to be a transfer station holding approximately 70 tons of recyclables for transfer from Modern Landfill to King of Prussia recyclery. This 8,200 square foot building was designed utilizing heavy duty concrete walls and floors which support an American pre-engineered building.

  • Adams Electric

  • This newly constructed building houses the executive group of Adams Electric. The structure also has a control room, which directs and dispatches electrical line crews. The project consisted of a structural steel building, pre-cast and brick veneer on the exterior, with a large conference room for conducting board meetings and offices for executive staff. eci provided all general construction duties for the completion of the building, with all phases under eci’s direction, including mechanical and electrical contractors. The 6,500 square foot building was built in Gettysburg and is owned by Adams Electric Co-op.

  • United Water

  • The United Water project consisted of constructing a new two-story office building of approximately 15,300 square feet and a maintenance facility of approximately 7,200 square feet. The site for this project is located in Swatara Township, Summit View, Hummelstown, PA.
