  • Hanover Public Library

  • Located in the center of Hanover, the scope of this project consisted of complete renovations to the existing library along with the construction of a 20,000 square foot addition, three stories above grade, one story below grade, structural steel with masonry infill and elaborate cast stone details. Extensive waterproofing was done due to the amount of ground water on site. Also included were renovations and restorations to the interior and exterior of the existing building, the installation of a new sound system and a rear projection system was required to handle DVD and computer-generated presentations.

  • Harbaugh Thomas Public Library

  • Located in Biglerville, this $2 million dollar project consisted of a new 2-story, 12,134 square foot building with steel frame structure, pre-manufactured wood truss roof structure, and concrete masonry foundations. The exterior consists of brick veneer, aluminum clad wood windows, and asphalt shingles. Interior partitions consists of painted gypsum drywall, along with painted wood trim and wood doors, acoustical panel, drywall ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, VCT, and sheet vinyl flooring.
