  • Rubendall Recital Hall - Dickinson College

    • Carlisle, PA
  • This 4000 sq ft recital hall is located on the Dickinson College Campus in Carlisle, PA. Renovations began with the entire demolition of the original 1979 facility, with all finishes removed down to the block walls and floor. New sub-surface plaster walls were installed to support 'wheat-board' panels. High-end finishes included sound panels, wheat-board screens, new seating, overhead sound clouds and floor finishes. The project also included a new sound system and computer-controlled lighting. This project was 'fast tracked' over the summer break holiday, with all work completed before the start of the fall semester.
  • Kiddie Academy

    • Mechanicsburg, PA
  • Kiddie Academy is a 10,400 sf single story Day Care Facility.  This building houses children from infants to school age.  The building has a stone veneer wainscot and stucco to the roof.  The shingled roof has an HVAC equipment area pocketed into the roof.  Inside you will find maple millwork consisting of half doors entries to each space, cubbie cabinets, and unique coloring schemes using wood grain vinyl flooring, along with multiple security features to keep children safe.

  • Eastern Lebanon County Intermediate School

    • Myerstown, PA
  • The ELCO Construction consists of a 93,000 sq ft new intermediate school as well as an administration area for the school. Construction is CMU load bearing walls with standard bar joist and decking for floor and roof construction. The roofing itself is white TPO, a substance that reflects heat. Heating system is a geothermal well field.

    Facilities include a full kitchen and serving line, and PIAA regulation GYM for both Basketball and Volley ball – wood floor system. A large center stage separates the Gym and Cafeteria, allowing the stage to be used in both rooms. The school also has 38 classrooms and a large media center overlooking the lobby and entrance. 

  • John Harris High School and Field House

    • Harrisburg, PA
  • Located in Harrisburg, this project involved the demolition of two sections of the existing school and a reconfiguration of the staff and student parking areas where the structures were located. New construction work encompassed approximately 188,000 square feet of new facility, while the existing school received 110,000 square feet of interior renovations and upgrades. The exterior areas and site work include a new gymnasium, locker rooms, auditorium renovations, a new cafeteria, band room, classrooms, lockers and hallway upgrades. Architectural highlights include a new masonry arch entry, stamped concrete and stairs. The project also consisted of the construction of a new one-story 28,500 square foot metal building with masonry infill and partitions. Finishes include gypsum board systems, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet and athletic flooring.
  • Shippensburg University – Shippen Hall and Luhrs Elementary School

  • Located in Shippensburg, Shippen Hall is an existing 54,000 square foot, three story building primarily used for student teaching. The planned 30,000 square foot addition was implemented to relocate the Rowland School Facility to Shippen Hall, to house students, teachers and professors. The addition and renovation was a joint effort by the University, the State System of Higher Education and the Governor's "green" building program. The unique features of this project consist of an elaborate exterior structure utilizing masonry construction. Shippen Hall was registered as a proto- type project that will be used as a national standard for future projects within the governor's council program.
  • Boiling Springs High School

    • Boiling Springs, PA
  • This South Middleton School District project is made up of the construction of three additions totaling 30,000 square feet and consists of a multipurpose room, a two-story classroom and the expansion of the administrative offices. In addition, there are approximately 18,000 square feet of interior renovations to the existing school.
  • Central Dauphin East High School

    • Harrisburg, PA
  • This project consisted of adding a 15,000 square foot three floor classroom addition, a 3,840 square foot band room addition and a new 36,960 square foot gymnasium and locker rooms. Renovations to the existing school included new casework in classrooms, new administration suite, media center, art room and kitchen. Included in the renovations are new flooring, carpet, vct and terrazzo, paint acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware.
  • Hershey High School

    • Hershey, PA
  • The project involved 39,000 square feet of new classroom and recreational space that will house a team room, locker room and an adaptive gymnasium. In addition to the new construction, renovations will provide upgrades to the food court and cafeteria areas. This $2.9 million project started in May 2006 and was completed in fall of 2007.
  • Wrightsville Elementary School

    • Wrightsville, PA
  • Wrightsville Elementary School - This school is located in the Eastern York School District. The project entailed complete demolition of the original one-story 1936 school building that made way for the new two-story, 60,197 square foot addition. The remaining structure consisting of 20,334 square feet that was originally added in 1965 underwent a total renovation. The site was developed to include a separate parent/visitor access driveway, a bus drop-off area and additional student playground areas. This project had been designed as a "green" building with a minimum goal of attaining the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) silver-level certification.
