Emergency Services Facilities Maintenance Building
- Location: Urban Search & Rescue, Harrisburg, PA
This facility is part of the Homeland Security Project that involved the construction of a 20,000 square foot pre-engineered building which houses PA Task Force One and other support groups. The new building is located on the property of the City Water Authority. This project was named the Mark S. Schweiker Special Operations Center.

United Water Pennsylvania, Inc.
- Location: Harrisburg, PA
eciConstruction teamed with the architect to complete work on a Design/Build contract for the United Water project. This project consisted of constructing a new two-story office building of approximately 5,300 square feet and a maintenance facility of approximately 7,200 square feet. This project is located in Swatara Township, Hummelstown, PA.
