  • Cocklin Funeral Home

    • Dillsburg, PA
  • The renovations to Cocklin Funeral Home included the modernization and expansion of the existing chapel and the addition of a drop-off canopy. The renovations also included new bathrooms and a custom elements, such as a stained-glass window in the chapel.

  • eciPark Office Building

  • The eciPark office building, a two story, 14,000 square foot office complex, was designed and built adjacent to eciGroup’s corporate headquarters in Dillsburg, PA. Extensive land development, design and office space allocation resulted in a signature property adjoining the Route 15 corridor.

  • Szeles Office Building

  • This project consisted of the construction of a new 22,404 sq. ft. two-story steel frame and masonry veneer office building. The new building was constructed in an area of an existing parking lot and included the installation of additional pervious paving and an underground storm water infiltration system. This was a single prime contract in which eciConstruction coordinated the installation of a new water supply line for the fire suppression system and a geo-thermal well system for the heating and cooling of the building.

  • Winding Hill Business Park

    • Mechanicsburg, PA
  • This 39,730 sf. office / educational facility is used by the University of Pittsburg for educational purposes. Constructed with interior and exterior metal stud infills and interior dry wall finishes. The exterior finishes of this project are brick veneer with cement plank siding along with the impressive feature of the 2 story curtain walls that provide both natural light and also a view of the surrounding area. The building layout is set up with office/classrooms along the exterior perimeter of the building to allow for the center section to have large open areas divided by folding portions for large group instruction and conferences.
