  • Queen Street Station

  • Construction contract for the Red Rose Transit Authority's new Queen Street Station in Lancaster, PA. The project consisted of a 20,000 square foot, four story brick and polished masonry structure with three arches extending to the second floor to allow bus and pedestrian traffic to the rear of the station. It provides the bus terminal, with ticket sales and waiting areas for the Transit Authority and 15,000 square feet of tenant space. This terminal is utilized as the central station for the public transportation buses in the Lancaster area.
  • Lancaster Airport

    • Lancaster, PA
  • The project consisted of new facility housing, passenger waiting, ticket purchasing and customer service areas. An additional attached structure houses the airport restaurant. The construction included exposed post and beam, with all the mechanical and electrical exposed allowing for the open area, which was what the Airport authority requested in their design. The new construction opened the Lancaster area to commercial airline flights. The project was a coordinated juncture between Airport Authority, the architect and the contractor, and Local, State and Federal agencies. The project was completed 1996 and was 6,800 square feet.
