  • The projects consisted of nine new 9,600 square foot, 10-12 bedroom residence units and also have a kitchen, dining area, living room. These homes were built on concrete slabs and are wood framed with a conventional truss roof systems and masonry and vinyl exteriors. Three unique style units were built, which house students and staff members.
