  • Bio Agriculture Building

    • Harrisburg, PA
  • This $6.8 million project consisted of a 37,700 SF, three-story addition to the existing PA Veterinary Laboratory. The addition included laboratories, equipment rooms, offices, truck decontamination areas, a loading dock and a mechanical penthouse. Additional parking, building access roads, retention pond expansion and landscaping were also included.

  • Gaudenzia at Gibson Boulevard

    • Harrisburg, PA
  • This project consisted of the new construction of a 14,000 SF, three-story drug and alcohol rehabilitation center to house 12-16 clients in a residential setting. The building is primarily wood construction with masonry and cement board veneer in the exterior surfaces. The main features of this building include a lobby entrance, client dormitory rooms with private bathrooms, community laundry, eating and recreational facilities. Site development involved building into a steep slope with wetland protections and a stream crossing for utilities. Also several retaining walls and a masonry Dumpster enclosure were included. The total duration of this project was 11 months.

  • Cross Keys Village Assisted Living Renovations

    • New Oxford, PA
  • This project consists of renovations to the Assisted Living at Cross Keys Village. The interior renovations include new flooring, painting, ceilings, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, custom cabinetry and trim and restoration of existing resident wood doors. Several areas also received new floor plan layouts to accommodate the current resident needs, which included the corridors, lobby/reception area, offices, living room, dining room, social room, tub/spa room and restrooms.
